Vancouver USA is currently seeing a strong increase in the average home sale price -- a trend that we expect to continue through the Spring season as interest rates are still at historic lows.

Sales activity for Vancouver WA has been quite strong in 2013, with a steady volume and price increase since early 2012, with the current Inventory level for Resale Homes (excludes the New Home segment) at about 2.2 months of supply (a very good number for sellers but, tough for buyers)!  Mortgage interest rates continue to be near 50-year-lows (3.75% or less on 30 year fixed!), and the  sales prices on houses these days are expected to a continued rise!
